National courts are making Newchurch pay for its sex crimes, even though Newchurch itself has sat by twiddling its thumbs as the First Paedophile Newpope JPII "The Unsaint" Wojtyla, the Second Paedophile Newpope Benedict "The Nazi" Ratzinger, and the Third Paedophile Newpope Francis "The Marxist" Bergoglio have done nothing but coddle and suborn paedophilia in their presbyters, Newbishops, and Newcardinals.
Now the largest damage judgment, announced May 31, 2018, ever entered against a Newchurch diocese, 210,000,000 U.S. Dollars, is pending against the Newarchdiocese of Minneapolis-St. Paul. In 2015 the Newarchdiocese had declared bankruptcy because the volume of claims by children against its Newbishops and presbyters had reached astronomical proportions. 10,000 secret documents of Newchurch were revealed to the public in the court proceedings, and Minneapolis-St. Paul was stunned at the depravity of Newchurch and its clergy.
Newarchbishop John Nienstedt abdicated in 2015 when the bankruptcy was announced, charged with failing to protect children from Newclergy-padeophiles. Nienstedt's Vicar General (No. 2) was fired. The Newarchdiocese was forced to sell off its land and other assets. The Newarchdiocese tried to fob off the damages onto its Newparishes, but a U.S. Federal Court interdicted that ploy.
