The Council of State, the highest court of administrative litigation in the country, has just produced a ruling in which it ruled that "the information provided to the electorate in the final phase of the campaign reflected a total misrepresentation", in relation to the plebiscite Celebrated last October 2, in which based on a media campaign of slander, the will of the electorate was manipulated to win the NO.
