Nobody Wants to Listen to Antipope Francis: Saint Peter's Square More And More Empty
The Italian paper Il Giornale
has noticed that very few people showed up for Pope Francis' Angelus on
August 20th, "Saint Peter's square was half-empty." The paper speaks of
"one of the lowest numbers since the beginning of this pontificate" and
tries to put the blame on the hot weather or even on the terrorist
attacks in Barcelona.
The readers in the commentary section are less obsequious. Referring to Francis' tireless efforts in favor of illegal mass-immigration, one of them writes, "They could have filled the square with all the immigrants!"
Of the 85 commentaries not a single one is in favor of Pope Francis. They accuse him of a leftwing bias, of promoting Islam, interfering in politic and of destroying the Church.
