Francis Promotes A Suicide of the Western Countries"
Francis' declarations on illegal immigration
promote "a true suicide of the West" according to Philippe de Villiers,
a former French presidential candidate and one of the few Catholics in
French politics.
De Villiers told the Famille chrétienne, "Francis inaugurates a new globalist theology which is deadly for Europe. The first salient feature of his thought is the claim that states supposedly are illegitimate in front of immigrants." According to de Villiers, Europe is about to become a multi-conflictual and multi-uncultural patchwork.
He points out that Francis even advocates a "transfer of cultural identities" which - according to De Villiers - used to be called "refusal of assimilation".
De Villiers considers Francis' concern for an alleged welcome culture of the Gospel as hemiplegic, "First for the host countries, which suffer from terroristic attacks; then for the countries of Africa where so many people in poverty still refuse to leave."
