Crisis in the Church: Am I the Only
One Who Cares?
By:

Yes, I know. This interior voice constantly comes over
you and asks the question if you are the only one to care. Try as you might those still attending Novus
Ordo churches wont listen to you. I know trust me. However, you are not alone as there are many
others just like you. We are all trying
to wake up our friends, family and acquaintance’s to the reality of this
Apostasy. Let us not be so silly to suggest
that I am or you are the only ones to care.
I would argue there still is a general laxity prevailing over those who
still identify as Catholics but this is still confusing times. As I was reiterating to one mad "emailer"
today. There is not going to be any true
unity amongst traditionalists before the dominos start falling. I have to keep reminding people this. As well intent as it would be (in theory) for
sedevacantists, hardline traditionalists, semi trads to all get together it
simply isn’t going to happen. Doctrine
divides us. Be of good cheer that God
has given you the grace to even care at all.
It is a true testament of your love for Christ and the Church. However, let us not be naïve and think some
sort of pseudo trad ecumenical movement is going to solve this crisis because
it is not.
Make your purgatory now. Do not wait any longer to do greater fasts. Make reparation unto the Sacred Heart through the Immaculate Heart. Do more penances go above and beyond what the Church would ask. If you everyday person only knew what was about to transpire they would convert and join along in with you but they do not. Do not waste time nor be idle. Make the interior life your first priority. Crosses come and go but one thing remains constant (if you so choose) and this is Jesus. No matter where you go nor what you do He will be there. Do not neglect in being dispositioned in thankfulness. Clean out your heart of all the clutter and be ready to receive Jesus daily. Stay close to the Sacraments as best you can. Spend at least an hour in silence and solitude. Constantly examine your conscience and at least try to improve.
The "I care alone" mentality is
attributed to self. Let us not fall into
this trap even though you may have good proofs to support your case. We sometimes tell ourselves that when
disagreements arise even over nondoctrinal matters. The devil wants to try and divide us on every
level and sadly it will seem like, at one point, the Church, will all be but
gone. God in His wrath will allow men to
see what becomes of Christianity when we don’t care. What happens when we neglect Jesus? The rocks cry out. What happens when we make the TV our golden
idol of worship we become zombie like and pacifist. One could argue that this cooling off of
churchmen may, at least, to some degree, be attributed to the TV culture we
live in. How often do we go to Fox or
CNN news for our theology? This is a Big
NO NO. The less we care about ourselves
the more we will care about Christ, the Church and neighbor. We all have work
to do, don’t we?
Lastly, Francis’ recent comments
about rather being an atheist than a hypocritical Christian should be pointed
out. He truly preaches works alone gospel. He is a new age puppet (as they say) who is a
forerunner to the soon False Prophet Yeshua Ben Joseph. A common “Christian rite” for all, women
priests, atheists and tree huggers will all formally be welcomed. I would rather be a hypocritical Christian
because at least I could still potentially be in a state of grace wherein an
atheist cannot because he is faithless….do you note that? Please keep me in prayer as I will for you,
Ave Maria!
