Msgr. Fellay met with Cardinal Müller

On Thursday October 13, 2016, Msgr. Bernard Fellay, Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X, met with Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. He
was accompanied by Fr. Alain-Marc Nély second assistant general of the
Fraternity, being prevented Fr. Niklaus Pfluger, First Assistant
General.
Cardinal
Müller was accompanied by Msgr. Luis Ladaria Ferrer SJ, secretary of
the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, and Msgr. Guido Pozzo,
secretary of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei.
Shortly before this meeting, the Superior General briefly greeted the pope Francis in the Casa Santa Marta.
Preview for some time, this meeting with the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith , which
is the second after the September 23, 2014, falls within the framework
of the relations that the SSPX has always maintained with the Roman
authorities, particularly in recent years by the doctrinal discussions
that have taken place in various seminars of the Fraternity, and will
continue in the coming months.
