Sermon In a Sentence: Vatican II Has Value?

In a response given recently Francis has indicated giving the Neo-SSPX a personal prelature.  Further more he stated, "The Second Vatican Council has its value. We move forward slowly, with patience."

Does the incompetent leadership of the Society realize he is not budging on Vatican II?  Would Archbishop Lefebvre be as deceived as Bishop Fellay?  Of course not!
