The Nanny blather of the Novus Ordo continues apace. It was a foregone conclusion that Agenda 21 would be downloaded to the NO. And here we have it.
ReplyDeleteThe dominion of the earth was given to Adam. He gave it to Lucifer. Therein lies the problem. The Nanny blather would have us believe that Christ the King who won back the dominion and established His Church to exercise that dominion through His Kingship is a non-event. Doesn't even rate a mention.
The Nanny blather from the podium is telling us that man does not have dominion and we must see all creation as imago Dei. Gerard Manley Hopkins saw heaven in a grain of sand. In the NO we have to see the image of God in a slime mould, in a tubercular bacillus, in a dog, in a fog.
Where do they find these nuns?
Man, created in the image of God - an image that was lost and now restored in Christ - is given stewardship and dominion over the earth. It is in the Bible. Even the Protestants get this "the earth he has given to the sons of men".
All issues of political, social justice within and among nations and environmental stewardship of the earth are issues concerning the social Kingship of Christ. I am sure Francis won't be going there anytime soon.
