Originally posted in 2012, this article gets at the Jewish ethnic angle behind the “War on Christmas.”

A new book, Joshua Eli Plaut’s A Kosher Christmas: ’Tis the Season to Be Jewish, documents what we have known all along: The Jews did indeed subvert Christmas.  This book deserves a full review, but Ethan Schwartz’s summary and comment (“Twas the night after Christmas“) deserve scrutiny. First the summary:

Jews have been the vanguard of an effort to “transform Christmastime into a holiday season belonging to all Americans,” without religious exclusivity.  The most important Jewish mechanisms of secularization are comedy and parody, for laughter undermines religious awe.  Take, for example, Hanukkah Harry from “Saturday Night Live”, who heroically steps in for a bedridden Santa by delivering presents from a cart pulled by donkeys named Moishe, Hershel, and Shlomo.  Remarkably, Hanukkah Harry has emerged as a real Santa-alternative for many American Jews.  Plaut sees such things not as attempts at assimilation but as an intentional subversion of Christmas traditions.  “Through these parodies,” he writes, “Jews could envision not having to be captivated by the allure of ubiquitous Christmas symbols.”  And it isn’t just Jews: for Americans in general, Jewish parody helps ensure that Christmas “not be taken too seriously” and that the celebrations of other traditions “be accorded equal respect and opportunity.”
There seem to be two messages here. One is the message of subversion utilizing ridicule among other methods. The other is that Jews are seen as high-mindedly making Christmas  “into a holiday season belonging to all Americans.” The end result is that Christmas is not “taken too seriously” and the Christian religious aspect central to the traditional holiday is de-emphasized.
People who take their religion seriously do not allow their religion to be ridiculed. One need only think of the Muslim reactions to cartoons ridiculing Mohammed. The fact that Jews have been able to ridicule Christianity without any serious negative consequences is an important marker of Jewish power and an equally strong indication of the decline of Christian religious belief. I suspect that the organized Jewish community would react in outrage if non-Jews ridiculed religious Judaism. Indeed, any criticism of Jews as Jews is off limits in the mainstream media. (A topical short list of verboten topics: the loyalties of neocon Jews and their role in promoting the war in Iraq, the Jewish aspect of the Ivy League admissions scandal, how Jewish control of Hollywood influences media content.)

Schwartz doesn’t quarrel with Plaut’s evidence, but wonders if it’s good for the Jews that such a book be written:
There is something disconcerting about this thesis, summoning up classic anti-Semitic images of conspiracy and sabotage.  Without a trace of irony, Plaut recounts incidents in which fundamentalist Christian groups complained that “certain Americans, particularly Jews, were trying to take the ‘Christ’ out of Christmas.”  He adds that “anti-Semitic comments often ensued.”  Those Christian fundamentalists might well feel vindicated by Plaut’s argument; yet Plaut is unfazed by this connection, and rightly so.  It is not inherently anti-Christian, he recognizes, to oppose Christianity’s domination of a secular democracy.  If Jews have helped to make American society more open, they should be proud of it.
So Jews subverted Christmas but their motives were pure and idealistic. But such an account ignores the Jewish role in conceptualizing America as a proposition nation—a major topic of The Culture of Critique. The Jewish stress on cultural pluralism (which has now morphed into multiculturalism) was an explicit rejection of the ethnocultural strand of American identity, an important part of which was Christianity. (Indeed, until the recent wave of immigration resulting from the 1965 law, Jews constituting 2-3 percent of the population, were the only identifiable American group that was not Christian.) Jews were central to building a wall between religion and the public square which has resulted in the “war on Christmas” that we still see raging. Jews were also central to changing U.S. immigration policy to be open to all the peoples of the world, again with an ideology that America is merely a set of abstract principles and has no ethnic or cultural core; therefore it should be open to all peoples and these peoples should be able to retain their own culture as part of the American mosaic.
I realize that many good people shy away from saying it, but the reality is that Jews have very aggressively pursued policies that benefit them and are opposed to the interests of the traditional people of America and the West. And because Jews attained status as an intellectual and media elite, they have been able to have a very large effect on public policy and even on the attitudes of non-Jews.
Plaut emphasizes the difference between the very aggressive behavior of Eastern European immigrants with their hatred of Christianity contrasted with the German Jews who arrived in the mid-19th century and “embraced the holiday.” It’s an important distinction, at least in the American context. But in any case, Plaut’s description of the motives of the Eastern European as stemming from their hatred of Christianity hardly paints them as idealistic crusaders on behalf of an open society.  It bears repeating once again that Jews react with hostility to the idea that Israel should not have a Jewish ethnocultural core while they have led the campaign against the idea that America and the West have any ethnocultural core. As with their promoting non-White, non-Christian immigration, their advocacy has nothing to do with ideals of moral universalism but everything to do with pursuing what’s good for the Jews, motivated by Jewish hatreds toward the traditional people and cultures of the West. The war on Christmas is thus a central example of the theme of Jews as a hostile elite.

Jewish extremist leader wants ban on 'vampire' Christmas in Holy Land

Israeli anti-racism activists have called for an investigation after a Jewish extremist leader urged a ban on Christmas celebrations in the country and called Christians "vampires".

Benzi Gopstein, who heads the far-right Lehava organisation and has been arrested a number of times, made the comments in an article on the ultra-Orthodox Jewish website Kooker.

"Christmas has no place in the Holy Land," wrote Gopstein, who lives in a Jewish settlement in Hebron in the occupied West Bank.

He spoke of the "fall of the line of defence of the Jewish people for hundreds of years against our enemies, the Catholic Church."

"The mission of those vampires and bloodsuckers remains. If Jews cannot be killed, they can be converted," he wrote.

"We must remove the vampires before they drink our blood once again."

The Coalition Against Racism in Israel and others have called on authorities to investigate Gopstein.

In August, Israeli police questioned Gopstein after he condoned torching churches amid an uproar over recent hate crimes, including the firebombing of a Palestinian home that killed a toddler and both his parents.

On June 18, an arson attack occurred at a shrine on the shores of the Sea of Galilee in northern Israel where Jesus is believed to have performed the miracle of loaves and fishes.

Israeli prosecutors have charged three Jewish extremists in that case.

Lehava claims to fight for Jewish identity, in particular by opposing marriages between Jews and gentiles.

Global Warming and Communist Infiltration of the Church

This week, our beloved leader, no doubt in an effort to hide from the realities of his race-baiting policies, went to Alaska to lecture us about global warming…again. Carrying on with his usual doomsday rhetoric, President Obama warned of rising seas, more intense storms, abandoned towns, and climate refugees spread across the globe. Never mind that there has been no warming for the last nineteen years. That didn't stop the president from making his trip as dramatic as possible as he climbed Exit Glacier in an effort to draw attention to the melting ice. At least the ice is melting at the glacier as opposed to the Arctic, which is showing record levels of ice, despite all the alarmist claims of global warming. The truth is that global warming is just the means that the global elite are using in their efforts to destroy capitalism and bring us into a global communist government. This was all but admitted by the U.N. Climate chief, Christine Figueres, when she stated that global communism was the best way to deal with global warming. Even the world's most esteemed religious leader, the Pope, has jumped on board the global warming position by stating that global warming is caused by human beings. This is alarming because the number one gas contributing to global warming, according to alarmists, is a gas we are all responsible for putting into the environment: carbon dioxide. To say that humans are responsible and that drastic action needs to be taken, while insisting that communism is the proper way in which to deal with is frightening to say the least. After all, communists have a tendency to kill people that disagree with them.
The Pope will be addressing congress on September 24 to "press them into action" for the sake of saving the planet. Global warming is kind of an odd subject for the Pope to get involved with, especially when so many world leaders are calling on a global communist government in order to stop it. Men of God and communism have absolutely nothing in common. In fact, communism is diametrically opposed to religion as it revolves mostly around dialectical materialism and the theory of evolution to explain its philosophy. In other words, communists see no inherent quality in human beings that explains our existence in any special way. This is why it has been so easy for communists to kill so many people. Their objective is the creation of a perfect society, and there is no moral consequence to murdering those that stand in the way because we are no different than any other animal. If the Pope were truly a man of God he would be denouncing all calls for a global communist government, even if global warming were a real threat. The fact that he seems to be working to advance the agenda leaves one open to the suggestion that perhaps the Pope himself is a communist. This would not be surprising because the communists have been infiltrating the Catholic Church for nearly a century.
The church has been a main target of infiltration by the communists since the 1930's. It is hard to argue against the notion that the Catholic Church, for example, hasn't been riddled with corruption and scandals for nearly a century. One of the biggest of these scandals is the molestation of young boys. Since the 1950's, Catholic priests have consistently been accused of sexually abusing children. This is likely because these priests aren't priests at all, but, rather, communist infiltrators put in place to deliberately destroy the church. In 1953, Manning R. Johnson, a former member of the Communist Party, testified before the House of Un-American Activities on the subversive activities of the Kremlin and their subversion into the Catholic Church-
"Once the tactic of infiltration of religious organizations was set by the Kremlin ... the Communists discovered that the destruction of religion could proceed much faster through infiltration of the (Catholic) Church by Communists operating within the Church itself. The Communist leadership in the United States realized that the infiltration tactic in this country would have to adapt itself to American conditions (Europe also had its cells) and the religious make-up peculiar to this country. In the earliest stages it was determined that with only small forces available to them, it would be necessary to concentrate Communist agents in the seminaries. The practical conclusion drawn by the Red leaders was that these institutions would make it possible for a small Communist minority to influence the ideology of future clergymen in the paths conducive to Communist purposes. This policy of infiltrating seminaries was successful beyond even our Communist expectations."
Bella Dodd was another communist agent who had worked to infiltrate the church. Born in Italy in 1904, she moved to America as a young child. After high school, she attended Columbia University, where she completed a master's degree, and went on to attend New York University, where she earned a degree of "Doctor of Jurisprudence."
Bella Dodd was also a member of the National Council of the Communist Party U.S.A. Dodd admitted that she became a communist because she believed that they seemed more concerned about helping the poor and fighting fascism than the Catholic Church did. She later defected from the communist party and admitted that she had helped direct the infiltration of the church.
"In the late 1920's and 1930's, directives were sent from Moscow to all Communist Party organizations. In order to destroy the Catholic Church from within, party members were to be planted in seminaries and within diocesan organizations," Dodd stated according to the affidavit. I, myself, put some 1,200 men in Catholic seminaries," Dodd publicly declared.
Dodd wrote a book called School of Darkness, where she allegedly left theses remarks out; however, Dr. Alice Von Hildebrand, Catholic philosopher, confirmed she had witnessed Dodd make these remarks, and an affidavit provided by Paul and Johnine Leininger collaborates Hildebrand's testimony. Dodd admitted that the goal of infiltration was not so much the destruction of the institution, but the destruction of faith itself. She declared that the institution could be used to create a culture of corruption and immorality. Also, the use of a "pseudo-religion" would be used to slowly change the definition of Catholicism. Considering that Dodd was a member of the Communist Party, we should also consider some of the communist goals-
Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion.  Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a "religious crutch."
This "pseudo" or social religion would be humanism, which puts man and his scientific achievements ahead of any belief in God or absolute morality.
One of the other tactics mentioned by Dodd is one used by communists in almost all situations when seeking to undermine a society. She said that, once the faith was destroyed, the work of creating a guilt complex and labeling religion as an oppressive institution could begin. She wanted to teach believers that the Catholic church was arrogant and closed-minded in perpetuating the belief that they were the sole institution of truth and should open their mind to other religions and cultures in the world.
Do these revelations concerning communist infiltration into the Catholic Church shed some light onto the Pope's motivations concerning the global warming agenda? It would seem that communism has affected all aspects of our society from government, education, religion, science, and the arts. This was their goal from the beginning. This is what was meant when Joseph Stalin said the following-
America is like a health body and its resistance is threefold: Its patriotism, its morality and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas America will collapse from within.
