I argue that this announcement was not a surprise at all, it was a pre-established trap. And
there was never any doubt about the validity of marriages, or
confessions (or false excommunication!), Certainly not in the mind of
Monsignor Lefebvre. It is, in fact, a very confusing situation, and it is intentionally so, when the faithful are led to believe that we should all wait with impatience for the wonders of "canonical regularization . " That was never what Monsignor Lefebvre was looking for. He said very clearly that Rome needs to explicitly reject its mistakes and return fully to Tradition.
Pope Francis is not returning in any way to the Tradition, except for appearances, as part of the diabolic dialectic. He is leading the way to the Great Apostasy. Now it's more obvious than ever. To want to be "recognized and regularized" by him, is to join the ranks of the Masonic traitors who have infiltrated the Church .
Pope Leo wrote the famous prayer to St. Michael the Archangel more than a century ago:
The
most devious enemies have filled the Church with bitterness, wife of
the Immaculate Lamb, they have given her to drink absinthe, they have
placed their impious hands on everything that is most dear to Her. Where
the Seat of St. Peter and the Chair of Truth were established as light
for the nations, they have erected the throne of the abomination of
impiety, so that, beaten the Shepherd, the flock may be dispersed.
And one of the first acts of the conciliar church was to eliminate this prayer!
