Statement concerning the declaration of the Bishops of Kazakhstan
Patriarch of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate
On 31 December 2017, Archbishop Tomasz Peta, Auxiliary Bishop Athanasius Schneider and the retired Archbishop Jan Pawel Lenga published a statement responding to Francis’ approval of pastoral guidelines issued by the Buenos Aires bishops which degrade Holy Communion and the sacrament of marriage.
The statement by the Kazakhstan bishops
as well as the statement by four Cardinals against the Exhortation
Amoris Laetitia, which was also opposed by a number of signatories of
the “Correction”, are an appeal to Francis to correct his statements by
which he undermines the dogmas of the Catholic Church.
The Dogmatic Bull of Paul IV protects
the papacy against abuse. If a Pope has committed heresy, he is
excommunicated from the Church under the Dogmatic Bull Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio and the Scriptures (Gal 1:8-9).
There is an essential question which every bishop and priest is confronted with now: Is Francis a valid Pope or not?
By reason of unity with heresy,
Francis has excommunicated himself from the Mystical Body of Christ –
the Church; ergo, he holds the papal office illegitimately and,
according to the Dogmatic Bull, all his actions and enactments are
without force! Every bishop and every priest is obliged in conscience to break both internal and external unity with the heretical Pope and to no longer mention his name in the Holy Mass. They will thus protect both themselves and the flock of Christ against God’s curse which is upon Francis.

ReplyDeleteThat would include, then, not praying for the "INTENTIONS of the Holy Father" as in the Morning Offering.
Spare us, O God, from his intentions!!!
AMEN DeniseRN...we should only pray for his soul!
