RC Church converts to Anglicanism?

Found this by accident. It's a UK Newspaper Article from 1999
It discusses the issue of union between Rome and the Anglicans at the
time of JPII. Even though the C of E Archbishop says he is willing to
see the Pope as the leader - the newspaper says that no unity can ever
be possible because the UK Mon-arch is the head of the Church - it
becomes clear that unity can never be realised as C of E Law says that
to be in union with the English Church - the RC Church would have to
accept ALL " the 39 articles."
Basically unless the RC Church converts to Anglicanism - submitting to
the UK Mon-arch - as Anglican Law insists! Unity can NEVER happen.
What are Rome up to? Luther, married Priests, Women Cardinals? They are giving Christ's Church to the UK
They shouldn't even be trying to link up! They had no shortage of sincere Converts prior to VII!
