Keeping the Faith Catholic

NOTE: Not an endorsement for sedevacantism
The
Mystery of the Holy Trinity is the central doctrine of our Catholic
Faith. It was revealed to us by God’s Divine Son, Jesus Christ, born
into this world as one of us. When Jesus said to his Jewish adversaries,
“I and the Father are one,” (Jn.10:30), they took up stones to cast at
him. They understood very well what He meant, and they said to Him:
“Not for a good work do we stone thee, but for blasphemy, and because thou, being a man, makest thyself God” (Jn.10:33).
Later, Jesus would teach His Apostles about the Holy Ghost, the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity:
“But
when the Advocate has come, whom I will send you from the Father, the
Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness
concerning me” (Jn.15:26).
But
the mysteries of our Holy Faith are under attack, even by the so-called
popes, bishops and priests of the Novus Ordo itself. As we heard
recently, the new Superior General of the Jesuits, Fr. Arturo Sosa, says
that different interpretations of the Bible can all be valid since no one really knows what Jesus said anyway.
If this were true, there would be no Catholic Church, and we would not
know the true God, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, since the Mystery of the
Blessed Trinity was revealed to us by the Son of God Himself. From the
words of the New Testament of the Holy Bible, we know EXACTLY what Jesus
said.
It
is now common in the Novus Ordo to believe that it doesn’t matter what
religion you belong to. You can believe the lies of the false prophets.
You can be saved wherever you are. The would-be “pope” Francis Bergoglio
discourages making converts to the Catholic Faith, and prays with
Rabbis and gurus of other religions. By not inviting them to believe in
Jesus Christ, he denies them their one chance of eternal life. His
attitude is that virtually everyone is saved anyway. His “bishops”
follow his example, as Lifesite News recently reported (June 6, 2017):
“In
its guidelines for visiting pagan shrines,… the Catholic Diocese of
Hallam run by Bishop Ralph Heskett, encourages Catholics to bring
flowers to Buddha, bow to the Hindu murtis (image of the deities), and
bow to the Sikh holy book. Catholics are also encouraged to eat the food
offered to them that has been ‘blessed’ in Hindu and Sikh rituals.”
Such
behavior is pure idolatry. It goes directly against the first Holy
Commandment of God, “I am the Lord thy God, thou shalt not have strange
gods before me.” The early Christians were horrified by the Roman gods
and died as martyrs rather than bow to “strange gods”, or to eat food
offered to them. But then, John Paul II and the other Vatican II
“pontiffs” have been involved in idolatry for years, praying with pagans
and heretics and taking part in their worship services. One of their
favorite teachings is that Jews, Muslims and Catholics all worship the
same God. But our God is the Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. To
both Jews and Muslims this is totally unacceptable. How can we pretend
we all worship the same God?
There
is no Catholic Church without the teaching that has been handed down to
us from God’s Divine Son through the Apostles and their successors. St.
Peter, our first Holy Father was appointed by the Lord. Speaking under
the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Peter declared:
“This
is ‘The stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become
the corner stone.’ Neither is there salvation in any other. For there is
no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved”
(Acts.4:11,12).
A
great assault against the Faith has begun. Soon it will be against the
law to teach the doctrines of the Faith. If we are to save true
Catholics from going along with the crowd, we must defend the ancient
doctrines and sacred traditions of the true Church. Like St. Peter and
St. Paul we must preach “in season and out of season” (2Tim.4:2) that
Jesus Christ alone is the Light of the World, as St. John also says in
his Gospel:
“He
who believes in him is not judged; but he who does not believe is
already judged, because he does not believe in the name of the
only-begotten Son of God. Now this is the judgment: The light has come
into the world, yet men have loved the darkness rather than the light,
for their works were evil. For everyone who does evil hates the light,
and does not come to the light, that his deeds may not be exposed. But
he who does the truth comes to the light that his deeds may be made
manifest, for they have been performed in God” (Jn.3:18-21).
We
must preach “in season and out of season” our absolute need for the
Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the Sacraments. In the coming days the
Mass and the Holy Eucharist will be under severe attack. We must uphold
at any cost what has been revealed by Jesus Christ and taught by the
Apostles and the whole Church for two thousand years.
The
practice of ecumenism has convinced many Novus Ordo Catholics that they
don’t have to uphold the doctrines and sacred rites of the Church.
Catholics alone are now obliged to apologize for the faults and sins of
the past and present, while the Jews and others assume the role of
innocent victims.
There
can be no mistake about it! Our Holy Catholic Faith is marked for
destruction by the corrupt and unbelieving world! If you value your
Catholic Faith, be a true soldier of Jesus Christ and put on the armor
of Faith. Take advantage of the Holy Mass and Sacraments while we still
have them. We must take up our Rosaries and consecrate ourselves to the
Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who will fight for us as
the best of mothers. As St. Paul tells us:
