WW3 Buildup: 2 US Nuke Missiles Fired Out Over Pacific Meant as Message

WW3 Buildup: 2 US Nuke Missiles Fired Out Over Pacific Meant as Message
Here is the latest news as we build towards WW3 and the formal uniting of all humanity...

When it comes to deterring an attack by North Korea or other potential adversaries, the missile is the message, and for the second time this month the United States has launched a Minuteman 3 nuclear missile out over the Pacific.
Like a giant pen stroke in the sky, the unarmed Minuteman 3 roared out of its underground bunker on the California coastline on Thursday, reported The Associated Press, inscribing the signature of American power amid growing worry about North Korea's pursuit of nuclear weapons capable of reaching U.S. soil.

The Minuteman missile, toting a payload of test instruments rather than a nuclear warhead, arced toward its test range in the waters of the Kwajalein Island chain about 2,500 miles southwest of Honolulu.

The missile test, dubbed "Glory Trip 218," was the second this month and the latest in a series designed to confirm the reliability of the Cold War-era missile and all its components. The Minuteman 3, first deployed in 1970, has long exceeded its original 10-year lifespan. It is so old that vital parts are no longer in production.
The Air Force operates 450 Minuteman missiles – 150 at each of three missile fields in Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota. A few times a year, one missile is pulled from its silo and trucked to Vandenberg, minus its nuclear warhead, for a test launch.

Aside from confirming technical soundness, Minuteman test launches are the U.S. military's way of sharpening the message that forms the foundation of U.S. nuclear deterrence theory – that if potential attackers believe U.S. nuclear missiles and bombs are ready for war at all times, then no adversary would dare start a nuclear fight.

The credibility of this message can be damaged by signs of weakness or instability in the nuclear weapons force. In 2013-14 the Associated Press documented morale, training, leadership and equipment problems in the Minuteman force, and in January the Air Force acknowledged to the AP that errors by a maintenance crew damaged an armed Minuteman in May 2014.

Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work said in an interview ahead of Thursday's launch that he sees good progress in fixing the problems in the nuclear missile corps. He also said the Vandenberg test launches are critically important.

"It is a signal to anyone who has nuclear weapons that we are prepared to use nuclear weapons in defense of our country, if necessary," he said.

Air Force officials say the test launches are a morale booster because they give launch crews and others a chance to leave their usual duties and participate in an actual launch. They otherwise do 24-hour shifts, year-round, in underground missile command posts, hoping the call to combat never comes.

Constance Baroudos, a defense analyst at the Lexington Institute think tank, sees great deterrent value in the Minuteman test launches.

"Deterrence basically doesn't work unless the threat is deemed credible," she said. "So every time we test ICBMs we demonstrate not only that the weapons work but also that they are ready to be launched. When those tests are conducted, the Russians, the Chinese and other international actors are watching, and they send a message to a potential aggressor that they not do anything they would regret."

Together, the United States and Russia control the vast majority of the world's nuclear weapons, and both countries regularly conduct ICBM test launches. The Russians generally do them more often, at least in part because they have new missiles in development whereas the Minuteman 3 is the only U.S. ICBM. The U.S. Air Force is planning a new-generation ICBM, but it is not scheduled to begin entering the force until about 2030.

Pavel Podvig, an independent analyst of Russian nuclear forces and publisher of the RussianForces.org blog, said in an interview that Moscow puts less stock in the public messaging aspect of missile test launches than does Washington.

"They (the Russians) do want to make sure the missiles are still functioning," he said, "But the message is as much for themselves as for the outside world."
North Korea, on the other hand, aims for maximum political impact when it conducts missile test launches or detonates a nuclear device, as it did Jan. 6. The potential for North Korea to field a nuclear warhead small enough to fit atop an intercontinental missile is among the worries American officials cite as justification for investing tens of billions of dollars in a new fleet of U.S. ICBMs and other types of nuclear weaponry.

Caught On Tape: U.S. Test Fires Nuclear ICBM, Warns "We Are Prepared To Use Nuclear Weapons"

Less than two years ago, news of Russia test-firing an ICBM just as the east Ukraine civil war was heating up, was sufficient to send the stock market into a brief tailspin. Since then, the launches of nuclear-tipped intercontinental ballistic missiles has become an almost daily occurrence, with the market hardly batting an eyelid.
In fact, it happened just last night at 11:01pm PST at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, where - for the second time this week - the US test-fired its second intercontinental ballistic missile in the past seven days, seeking to demonstrate its nuclear arms capacity at a time of rising strategic tensions with Russia, North Korea, China and the middle east.
The unarmed Minuteman III missile roared out of a silo at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California late at night, raced across the sky at speeds of up to 15,000 mph (24,000 kph) and landed a half hour later in a target area 4,200 miles (6,500 km) away near Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands of the South Pacific.
The entire launch was caught on the following video, which was released by Vandenberg just 4 days after the previous ICBM launch.

What was more disturbing than the actual launch, however, was the rhetoric behind it: instead of passing it off as another routine test, and letting US "adversaries" make up their own mind about what is going on, Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work, who witnessed the launch, said the U.S. tests, conducted at least 15 times since January 2011, send a message to strategic rivals like Russia, China and North Korea that Washington has an effective nuclear arsenal. "That’s exactly why we do this," Work told reporters before the launch.
Of course, the #1 unspoken rule when launching ICBMs is to never explicitly say why you are doing it. By breaking said rule, it marks a much greater escalation in international diplomacy than merely test firing the nuclear-capable ballistic missile.
That, however, was not an issue and Work piled on, with the following stunner
"We and the Russians and the Chinese routinely do test shots to prove that the operational missiles that we have are reliable. And that is a signal ... that we are prepared to use nuclear weapons in defense of our country if necessary."
Well that's good to know.
As Reuters adds, demonstrating the reliability of the nuclear force has taken on additional importance recently because the U.S. arsenal is near the end of its useful life and a spate of scandals in the nuclear force two years ago raised readiness questions.
The Defense Department has poured millions of dollars into improving conditions for troops responsible for staffing and maintaining the nuclear systems. The administration also is putting more focus on upgrading the weapons.

President Barack Obama’s final defense budget unveiled this month calls for a $1.8 billion hike in nuclear arms spending to overhaul the country's aging nuclear bombers, missiles, submarines and other systems.
That said, the irony of the Nobel Peace Prize winner re-escalating the arms race was not lost on Reuters: the nuclear spending boost is an ironic turn for a president who made reducing U.S. dependence on atomic weapons a centerpiece of his agenda during his first years in office.
Obama called for a world eventually free of nuclear arms in a speech in Prague and later reached a new strategic weapons treaty with Russia. He received the Nobel Peace Prize in part based on his stance on reducing atomic arms.  "He was going to de-emphasize the role of nuclear weapons in U.S. national security policy ... but in fact in the last few years he has emphasized new spending," said John Isaacs of the Council for a Livable World, an arms control advocacy group.
Perhaps the Nobel committee should watch the video above and decide if it is not too late to ask for their prize back.
And just like that the nuclear arms race is back.
Critics say the Pentagon's plans are unaffordable and unnecessary because it intends to build a force capable of deploying the 1,550 warheads permitted under the New START treaty... Hans Kristensen, an analyst at the Federation of American Scientists, said the Pentagon's costly "all-of-the-above" effort to rebuild all its nuclear systems was a "train wreck that everybody can see is coming." Kingston Reif of the Arms Control Association, said the plans were "divorced from reality."

The Pentagon could save billions by building a more modest force that would delay the new long-range bomber, cancel the new air launched cruise missile and construct fewer ballistic submarines, arms control advocates said.

Work said the Pentagon understood the financial problem. The department would need $18 billion a year between 2021 and 2035 for its portion of the nuclear modernization, which is coming at the same time as a huge "bow wave" of spending on conventional ships and aircraft, he said.

"If it becomes clear that it’s too expensive, then it’s going to be up to our national leaders to debate" the issue, Work said, something that could take place during the next administration when spending pressures can no longer be ignored.
As a reminder, the last time the U.S. engaged in a nuclear arms race with the USSR, it led to the collapse of the "evil empire." It would be even more ironic that Obama launching nuclear rockets if this time around the tables on the ultimate loser are turned.
In the meantime, just think of all the GDP-boosting "broken windows" that would result from a nuclear war.

‘Russian generals killed’ by massive car bomb at Latakia military base

Syrian militant groups have claimed responsibility for a car bomb that killed several Russian military personal in the town of Latakia, according to reports. Ahrar al-Sham and Bayan groups claimed they planted a car bomb at base the eastern city after on 21 February. According to Ahrar al-Sham, the announcement of the attack was delayed until three days later to ensure those responsible returned safely to opposition territories, reported the Jerusalem Post.
A statement from the group added: “After weeks of hard intelligence work we were able to determine the location and time of the meeting and planted the car in the location. After the explosion several ambulances and Russian choppers rushed to the location and they were seen evacuating deaths and wounded Russians to Latakia and Jableh hospitals.” READ MORE

Russia Will Win World War III by Using the Scissors Strategy to Conquer the United States

Russia will employ what is commonly referred to as the scissors strategy to conquer America. However, the original strategy, first revealed by Russian defectors has been greatly expanded.

First, the head of the American military snake must have its head cut off. This is why Obama has left the bulk of our ground forces in Afghanistan. It is a death trap and these troops will not get home. This will be followed by Russia coming out of Ukraine and tying up NATO.
When World War III begins, my sources believe that Syria will serve as a deception and the Russians will employ a Sun Tzu strategy by drawing some US forces to Syria and then focus their attack in Afghanistan where the bulk of the US ground troops are stationed. They will be hopefully outnumbered and Obama and Russians will have neutralized the backbone of our ground forces.

The Scissors Strategy

In part two of this series, covered the disabling of Alaskan defenses and the buildup of Russian troops on the border and in Alaska was presented along with the presence of Russian “Fifth Column” forces. It is difficult to imagine that when American soldiers pursue our self-created boogey man, ISIS, into Syria, that Russia will not immediately retaliate by attacking Alaska. My deep background sources have concluded the Battle for Alaska will be over in hours/days as Russian forces will cut through Alaska, with the help of prepositioned assets, like a hot knife through butter. Within just a few short days, British Columbia, Washington, Montana and Oregon will be imperiled.

The Southeastern Front: Cuba and the Rebirth of the Cuban Missile Crisis

putin and castro

Pravda quotes Putin as stating that Russia had obtained the consent of the Cuban leadership to place “the latest mobile strategic nuclear missiles on the Island…”  Recently, the Russians surprisingly docked a Russian spy ship in Havana. This is the Cuban Missile Crisis revisited! My sources are adamant that Cuba is being militarized by Russia as I write these words. Cuba, along with deployed Russian troops and troops “borrowed from fellow Latin American countries will form the center of the invading Army from the Southeast along with the support of the Russian Navy and Air Force.

Embedded Chinese Soldiers in West Coast Ports

long beach portSince 1997, Chinese officials have bribed and bought off senior American government officials, particularly in the Clinton administration.
Part of the bribes included the selling of Long Beach port to the Chinese along with the loss of nearly 18,000 American jobs. Multiple military sources around the country have quietly warned about the growing menace posed by the buildup of Chinese Communist forces in many of our California ports now controlled by the Chinese.

The Bundy/BLM affair was also symbolic of this buildup. The solar energy deals that were put into place by Senator Harry Reid were done in conjunction with Chinese energy companies run by the Chinese military. All personnel manning these planned plants would be affiliated with the Chinese military. This includes the inland ports (e.g. Kansas City) which are controlled by the Chinese courtesy of the treasonous trade agreement we call NAFTA.

The Fifth Column

The Fifth Column, designed to sabotage critical infrastructure and carry out key assassinations of resistance figures in the media as well as uncooperative politicians, was mostly put into place last summer during the “immigration crisis” which was used as a cover to embed these forces inside of the U.S.

Not Gangsters but Terrorists Armed with WMD’s

There is incontrovertible evidence that criminal drug cartels, like Los Zetas, have not only used MS-13 gangsters as hit men and child sex traffickers, but so has the Juarez Cartel and the Barrio Azteca to enforce their will, but Los Zetas have also conducted training in parts of Central and South America, and have even allowed MS-13 gangsters to lead in operations as when “El Comandante Kilo” operated in San Fernando on behalf of Los Zetas. This training consists of two parts, military training and assassination (i.e. future Red List applications). In plain corporate language, the Mexican drug cartels are outsourcing paramilitary activities such as assassinations and terrorism.

MS-13 gangsters are coming to your neighborhood armed with IED's, anti-tank weapons, automatic weapons and WMD's courtesy of last year's immigration crisis.

Paul Williams, a former FBI Consultant, wrote a book shortly after 9/11 and stated that reliable reports had reached United States officials that al Qaeda operatives were able to get at least two nuclear suitcase bombs into the United States. Williams went on to state that bin Laden had previously used his vast wealth, derived from control of Afghanistan’s poppy trade, to pay off high ranking MS-13 leaders. Williams further asserted that bin Laden paid as much as $50,ooo to smuggle sleeper agents into the United states. Williams is not alone in this belief as the author of Because They Hate: A Survivor of Islamic Terror Warns America,Brigitte Gabriel, stated that there are terrorists coming through our southern border due to the cooperation and joint efforts of MS-13  and Hezbollah and they are intent on introducing a Hiroshima event on American soil! A very disturbing and  recent report from the International Assessment and Strategy Center stated that MS-13 is moving away from handguns to the use of AK-47’s, along with grenades, rocket propelled grenade launchers, and light anti-tank weapons! The same think tank also reported that the MS-13 gang recently acquired multiple shoulder-fired SA-7 anti-aircraft missile launchers obtained from an open arms market in El Salvador from left over former civil war stockpiles. MS-13 is equipping its forces with these weapons as they can easily knockout helicopters and airplanes from the skies and these weapons can be obtained for a mere $15,000. This is chump change for a gang associated with the drug cartels. The same report went on to state that MS-13 has begun to smuggle drugs, weapons and human beings for the Zetas. MS-13 members are being trained at Zetas camps outside San Salvador and the training includes high level military training. Think TET offensive from the Viet Nam War. MS-13 is well-armed enough to take over cities by knocking out the headquarters of local police forces in a simultaneous series of attacks in which WMD’s are introduced on American soil. If you think this is far-fetched, please keep reading.

Back in 2010, an internal memo was leaked from the Tucson Police Department which stated that Islamic terrorist groups are commencing operations in Mexico and forming alarming ties with the country’s brutal drug cartels. In turn, the drug cartels are now associated with Hezbollah. The memo also references a large weapons stockpile in Mexico as evidenced by the 2010 Tijuana arrest of Hezbollah militant Jameel Nasr, who was given the job of establishing a well-armed Hezbollah network in Mexico and South America. Nasr was apparently bringing this terror network north when he was captured. The memo also discussed the April 2009 arrest of Jamal Yousef in New York, which exposed a huge cache of assault rifles, hand grenades, explosives and anti-tank munitions. According to the report, the weapons were stored in Mexico, but only after being smuggled from Iraq by members of Hezbollah. The preceding references contained in the Tucson Police memo just answered that question. Further, as I reported last summer, the Border Patrol was not allowed to detain MS-13 gangsters despite how easy they are to identify because of their tattoos. This might be the best funded and supplied Fifth Column force in history.

Attack from the Northern Tundra

russian troops in snowMost are aware that the Russians are militarizing the Arctic, presumably to secure vast amounts of mineral wealth. However, there is a also a tactical advantage behind the stationing of Russian troops at the North Pole.
A move to split the U.S. would be necessary before a full invasion could be successful. The thinking of some military strategists would include the belief that a mid continent invasion is necessary to accomplish the goal of splitting up of America.
Certainly, Russian forces in the southern regions of the Arctic could accomplish this goal.

The plan entails sweeping southward through Canada and entering the U.S. at the Minnesota/Canadian border. If the invasion was initiated during the coldest part of the year, this would give the Russian Arctic forces advantages over American forces who would be less equipped than their American counterparts.
This phase gives some hint as to the time of year that we could see the commencement of the attack upon the United States. The winter would provide the best cover for invading Russian forces from both the Northwest and from due North.
Phase six is designed to move south and southeast and secure the eastern bank of the Mississippi River and effectively cut the U.S. in half.

Turning Out the Lights on the Northeast

Grid EX II allowed Russians and Chinese military to participate in this simulated take down of the grid.

In October/November of 2013, I expressed extreme outrage at the fact that President Obama was allowing our enemies, the Communist Chinese and the Russians, who had both threatened to nuke the U.S. several times over Syria, to participate in the GRID EX II drills in November of 2013. By doing so, we handed off the keys to our power grid to our enemies.
It is the belief of the military strategists that the Chinese and Russians want to capture the Eastern seaboard intact. Taking down the grid would accomplish this goal. Further, in 2013,360,000 foreign troops trained for urban warfare in the Northeast.

Conclusion

dead statue of liberty
With most of our combat troops being stationed in Afghanistan and more being sent to fight ISIS, who will defend the United States? Better yet, who, or what is minding the store at home? With Veterans being disarmed, who will defend American when Afghanistan is gone?
