Fr. Kramer, Catholics "Bound" to the Traditional Rite

The Novus Ordo Rites pertain to the Modernist's (new faith) Conciliar Church.  They are schismatic.

The Novus Ordo is contrary to the Profession of Faith which in its various formulations (Pius IV Professio Fidei Tridentina, Council of Constance Sess. 39, Vatican I etc.) solemnly bind under divine precept adherence to the "rites handed down"; the "received" rites. On this dogmatic basis, St. Pius V declares the Mass in his Missal is the rite "handed down by the Roman Church" (Quo Primum) to be forever and irrevocably binding. It is the rite in the Tridentine Missal, codified according to the "norm and custom of the holy Fathers" (Council of Trent), which under penalty of anathema may not be omitted or changed into a new rite (Council of Trent, Sess. 7 Can. 13, Sacraments in General). On this dogmatic basis, Pius VI (Auctorem Fidei [33]) condemned the proposition to alter the «order of the liturgy». 

Pope Innocent III explains in De Consuetudine that such changes against the universal custom of the Church are not to be followed; and on the same basis, Juan de Torquemada OP (theologian of Eugenius IV, and Francisco Suarez SJ (named "doctor eximius et pius by Paul V) teach that a pope who would change the sacred rites falls into schism. (This approved teaching has stood for six centuries.) Hence, it is absolutely clear from the dogmatic teaching of the Church that the Novus Ordo is contrary to dogma and custom; a grave violation of the teaching and tradition of the Church, and therefore must not be used in the celebration of the liturgy, even when commanded under the pretense of obedience.
