 As a child I recall the many times I would run back to my own Mother in the time of need.  No matter what I was going thru I could always rely upon her ear and maternal instincts.  It is true we flee to our Mother’s in the time of affliction and trial and how more so shalst we flee unto Our Lady in the Great Test ahead.  We should be taking time out daily to be with Our Lady no matter what.  Yet, how many would rather spend an hour in front of the TV instead of going inward to meet Her in the Fortress of the Soul? We ought seek Her in the “good” times and “bad” but truly all “times” are good if God permits it.  It is simple yet profound; this hour has been designated for the Blessed Virgin Mary.  She is the Ark for all souls; She is the Fortress of the Soul who we run to and “hide in” seeking protection.  Those who cling to Our Lady on a daily basis shall find true pace and solace in the days ahead when all hell breaks loose on earth.  Even as the man would run into the Ark at the time of any great flood so do we, Mother Mary, “enter therein” and seek protection in your Immaculate Heart.

It is sad that we would only run to Her now and that it shall have come to this but why?  Every day we get is another day to grow more intimate with the Sacred Heart of Jesus and who knows this Divine Heart better than any one else?  The more intimate we are with Mary “in her life” the more intimate we shall grow with the Sacred Heart "in our life".  When we are nearest to thee O' Mary!...the scales of the eyes art removed so that any eagle can seest clearly.  All grace comes thru this Immaculate Heart and how many fail to come to her on a daily basis! This is tragic yet a reality.  So many of our women look to the TV and internet for answers but do not plunge into the “Well within” to seek the Life Giving Waters She dispenses thru prayer. He who does not have Mary as a Mother assuredly cannot have Christ as a Brother.  And He who does not have the Queen for his heart canst not haveth the King for his own soul! When we would go to our friends house on a Saturday after the school week was over who would be the first to answer the door? The Mother of the house would answer and so it is in the interior life. She makes the house a Home for the soul. Our Lady hears our prayer immediately when we enter into the Fortress of the Soul.  She is the guide of the interior life; the protector, the giver and advisor and how so many neglect her daily.  

 

She helped me to “kick” those various addictions and mortal sins from times past.  She was the instrument my heart was looking for that I may know God more deeply.  Amidst my many faults I know her protection still reigned over my soul.  And thus you will find me, an eagle, in this Great Tree who we call Mary.  We seek protection from the Rays of Justice “beaming” down from heaven and it is Our Lady who has been holding back the Hand of the Father all along with regards to Justice.  It will be Her Immaculate Heart we hide in when these “Rays of Justice” literally fall from heaven!  Do not casually walk to Your Mother RUN unto Her She is the answer for all your concerns, inquiries and doubts.  The more we please the Immaculate Heart of Mary assuredly the more we please the Sacred Heart of Christ. Stay close, hold firmly and don’t let go. 

When the children are fighting in the neighborhood who is it that steps in to intervene to try and bring forth peace? Yes, it is the Mother!  It is Our Lady who brought forth the Divine peace plan of heaven at Fatima.  It is Our Lady who the heretics and schismatics must know perfectly (catholic doctrine) in order to have true peace in their own hearts.  It is thru Our Lady that all those separated from the true Faith and Church will come back home so that the world might have peace.  Further, who is there to warn us of the dangers ahead? Did not Our Lady warn us of Vatican II and the soon formal schism?  Has She not been warning us of the impending material chastisements soon to come?  Thus, She is the perfect model of Selfless Love.  Therefore, how does only 5 minutes a day in prayer to her suffice if our hearts have an intent to be on a path to spiritual perfection and marriage with Her Son’s Sacred Heart? Who do we run to as a child when we fall and scrape our knee in sin? Who do we come to at dinner time looking for the Divine Food?  Who do we look to in the mornings to let in the light of grace in from the window? Who dresses us in the mornings in virtue? Who listens to us when all our supposed friends flee from us? Then why do you walk causally unto Our Lady and not run? We are but children of Mary and nothing more. Ave Maria!

"In dangers, in doubts, in difficulties, think of Mary, call upon Mary. Let not her name depart from your lips, never suffer it to leave your heart. And that you may obtain the assistance of her prayer, neglect not to walk in her footsteps. With her for guide, you shall never go astray; while invoking her, you shall never lose heart; so long as she is in your mind, you are safe from deception; while she holds your hand, you cannot fall; under her protection you have nothing to fear; if she walks before you, you shall not grow weary; if she shows you favor, you shall reach the goal."
