RESOLUTION OF THE ARGENTINE STATE FOR WHICH THE NEO-SSPX IS RECOGNIZED AS INSTITUTE OF RELIGIOUS LIFE OF THE CHURCH

SEEN File No. 9028/2015 Registry MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND WORSHIP, Law No. 24,483 and its Regulatory Decree No. 491 dated September 21, 1995, and

WHEREAS:

That under Protocol No. 084/15 dated February 23, 2015, the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Cardinal Mario Aurelio POLI requests that the "BROTHERHOOD OF THE APOSTLES OF JESUS ​​AND MARY" (Society of St. Pius X) is taken until you find the definitive legal framework in the Universal Church as an Association of Diocesan Right, as regulated by canon 298 of the Code of Canon Law, in fieri be a Society of Apostolic Life, with all the benefits that this rightful and in compliance with all obligations referred to it will also assume the responsibilities of the diocesan bishop.

That said fraternity is accredited as a juristic person public within the ROMAN CATHOLIC APOSTOLIC CHURCH, according to the rules of the Code of Canon Law.

Which according to its statutes, approved by the competent ecclesiastical authority, fraternity is a priestly society common life without vows, in imitation of societies for Foreign Missions (conf. Chapter I, Article 1, Statutes of the Society of the Apostles Jesus and Mary).

That Article 3, subsection f) of Decree No. 491/95 authorizing registration in the registry created by Law No. 24,483, to legal persons recognized by ecclesiastical authority which are similar or analogous to the Institutes of Consecrated Life and societies of apostolic life.

That the applicant institution has complied with all the requirements of current legislation, accompanying his statutes decree of erection and memory, according to the provisions of Law No. 24,483.

Corresponding to accede to this entry whenever the petitioner falls within the terms provided by Section 3, subsection f) of Decree No. 491/95.

That this measure is issued in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 17 of Decree No. 491/95.

Therefore,

ARTICLE 1 - hereby recognized as a legal person "BROTHERHOOD OF THE APOSTLES OF JESUS ​​AND MARY" (Society of St. Pius X), Association of Diocesan Right, registered office and special address on the street Venezuela N ° 1318, AUTONOMOUS CITY BUENOS AIRES, which is registered under the number ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (381) Registry Institutes of Consecrated Life.

ARTICLE 2 - To grant such entity's character organization of public good for all purposes as appropriate.

ARTICLE 3 - Let it be known that that legal person is benefited by the treatment provided by Article 20, subsection e) of the Law on Income Tax (text ordered in 1997).

ARTICLE 4 - Communicate, published, submitted to the National Official Registry and file. - Emb. WILLIAM R. OLIVERI, Secretary of Worship.

    There is nothing "normal" about coming into communion with, and under obedience to Bergoglio's apostate Newchurch. Bergoglio is the spearhead of the apostasy. By aligning itself with heretical Conciliar Rome, the SSPX will not be"integrated fully into the Church", but will be going out of communion with the Catholic Church and into communion with Newchurch. The bonds of communion are 1) faith, 2) worship, and 3) ecclesiastical governance. The Conciliar Church breaks the first by teaching heresy; the second by replacing the "rite handed down" (Council of Constance Sess.39) with a new rite, and the third by enforcing its schismatic rites and false doctrines. It is not those who remain in communion with Catholicism by adhering to Tradition who "stay outside the Church thinking they have created something better"; it is Conciliar Rome that created the innovations in doctrine and liturgy, thereby breaking communion with Catholicism and creating a new religion. The SSPX does not need to seek to become "integrated fully into the Church" -- under Archbishop Lefebvre it remained fully integrated in the Church. It is Bergoglio Newchurch that needs to be brought back into communion with Catholicism, and thus become integrated fully into the Church.
