'The first thing that hinders devotion are our sins, not only mortal sins but also venial sins. While little sins do not take away charity, they diminish its fervor, which is the same as devotion. So we should carefully avoid them, if not for the harm they do, at least for the great good that they prevent.

Excessive remorse of conscience that flows from our sins also impedes devotion. It makes the soul restless, depressed, faint and weak for every good practice.

Scruples obstruct devotion for the same reason. They are like thorns that prick the conscience and prevent it from resting in God and enjoying true peace.

Too many cares constitute another hindrance. They are those mosquitos from Egypt that disturb the soul. They do not allow it to sleep the spiritual sleep that lulls the soul in prayer. What's worse, they disturb the soul and divert it from its spiritual exercise.

Preoccupation with sensual comforts is another block to devotion because the person who indulges too much in worldly delights does not deserve those of the Holy Spirit.'

Christopher's father was his first proofreader and editor. Albert Bollyn owned an interior decoration business and enjoyed acting in the theatre guild.

Pope John 23^rd  was supposedly aware of the “aliens” (they are demons) during his time and was the first to lay down the hammer on Catholics resisting any potential new changes in the Church.  Catholics forever would be seen as “prophets of doom” or fundamentalists or Pharisees (take your choice).  Even the verbiage had to change from Rome in relation to that which was once believed because they themselves have been changing.  You might be additionally asking why would John the 23^rd respond in such crude fashion to the authentic message of Fatima?  It seems pretty clear to me that he knew what would transpire with the Council.  In order for the masses to ultimately embrace this new tower of babel everything in the Church had to be gutted and changed including the philosophy, the theology, the Orwellian new verbiage and of course the liturgy.  Fr. Malachi Martin in his interviews could not directly divulge of the real third secret verbatim but for those who followed his work closely it is painfully obvious.  From the Catholic Religion to the formalized New Age Religion…yes he warned we are entering a new age.

Sweden is a secular, majority-Lutheran country. Some 72 million people belong to the Lutheran church worldwide, according to the Lutheran World Federation. The Vatican estimates about 1.2 billion people have been baptized in the Catholic church.

Father Schmidberger, former Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X wrote arguments . in favour of the “ normalisation “ of the Society.  He was chosen by the mother house to preach two priestly retreats to the French speaking priests of the Society (in August and September) at the priory of Le Pointet (France) and in Ecône, which no doubt allowed him to advance his ideas.

Just when it looked like Hillary Clinton was poised to win the 2016 election, the FBI has thrown a gamechanger into the mix. On Friday, FBI Director James Comey announced that his agency has discovered new emails related to Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information that they had not previously seen. According to the Associated Press, the newly discovered emails “did not come from her private server”, but instead were found when the FBI started going through electronic devices that belonged to top Clinton aide Huma Abedin and her husband Anthony Weiner.

The Church has the custom of associating the souls in Purgatory with the Feast of All Saints. In fact, from this evening (vespers of All Souls' Day), the Church asks us to pray for the souls in Purgatory and tomorrow the entire day is consecrated to them. The priests who will celebrate three Masses tomorrow, to beseech Our Lord to deliver the souls from Purgatory, may apply to each of their Masses a plenary indulgence for the souls in Purgatory. This is why during these few moments I would like to draw your attention and to have you reflect upon the reality of Purgatory and upon the devotion which we should have for the souls who are suffering in this place of purification.
