WE HAVE MOVED!

"And I beheld, and heard the voice of one eagle flying through the midst of heaven,
saying with a loud voice: Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth....

A World Trying To Flee From Suffering Shall Find It All The More

TRADCATKNIGHT: A World Trying To Flee From Suffering Shall Find It All The More

“In the endtimes men will be lovers of self who have handed their itchy ears over to phony doctrines and this perfectly describes denominational protestants and the Vatican II modernists.”

By: Eric Gajewski

I just recently saw another “expose on the Vatican” video that had a bunch of protestants clamoring in the comments section. I noticed several of these heretics clamoring about how Catholicism is paganism, the Church is the Whore of Babylon and then a few others saying “my Jesus has come down off the Cross”. This perfectly sums up these heretics who are on hell’s path objectively speaking.

A Soul’s Struggle To Love: The Cross

A Soul’s Struggle To Love:  The Cross
By:  Eric Gajewski

There is always suffering where sin is found.  We seemingly cannot go five minutes without sinning and His whole Life was given to us that we might struggle to break free from the bonds of self-love.  For the sinless Christ who bore our sin chose a Way for our hears to be amended to His.  In our human nature we like the majority of the Apostles seek to flee from the face of the Cross and yet it is through the Cross that we arrive at Oneness with Christ.  The Cross is love and to love is to hang.  To be empty, to be desolate, to be hurting and hungry and to be racked with pain.  The man who does not love His Cross loves himself ultimately.  This man is not worthy to be in Christ’s Presence.  He is only worthy to be called a demon who likewise seeks to avoid the Presence of a Cross.  We wear Crosses around our necks these days but we are not hanging silently in our hearts with Christ.  We deceive ourselves and those around us into thinking we are close to Christ and yet we avoid every type of suffering imaginable.

Can’t Carry Tomorrow’s Cross Today

Can’t Carry Tomorrow’s Cross Today
By:  Eric Gajewski

Just a friendly reminder to stay in the day.  Our Lord said today has enough concern’s in and of itself.  St. Kolbe said “I see Mary everywhere I see problems nowhere”.  We all need to grow in faith and hope like St. Kolbe.  We must continue to distrust our self and “our plan” and lean upon our Cross and have Faith in God’s Will.  Sometimes it seems we project tomorrows Cross on today which only adds to our cross for the day.  God is not asking you to carry tomorrow’s Cross but rather He is asking us to carry today’s cross.  As self-will is further crushed you will begin to see that you care not for the concerns of tomorrow but rather you trust in God.  God is with you now He will be there with you tomorrow provided you stay in a state of grace.

Saint Quote of the Day- Pain in Purification

'And it is clear that this dark contemplation is in these its beginnings painful likewise to the soul; for, as this Divine infused contemplation has many excellences that are extremely good, and the soul that receives them, not being purged, has many miseries that are likewise extremely bad, hence it follows that, as two contraries cannot coexist in one subject - the soul - it must of necessity have pain and suffering, since it is the subject wherein these two contraries war against each other, working the one against the other, by reason of the purgation of the imperfections of the soul which comes to pass through this contemplation.'
St. John of the Cross

Saint Quote of the Day- Suffering In & for Christ

Saint Quote of the Day- Suffering In & for Christ
'For if our Lord and God was arrested for our sins, is it a great matter if we unprofitable servants should also be arrested for his sake? And if he was bound and led away and put in prison, is it so strange should we suffer the same treatment as the Master? Rather it would be exceedingly grievous not to encounter such things. But if we must be scourged, let us bear the scourges; and if we must be beaten, let us bear the beatings; and we have to be spat on, let us bear the spittings; and finally if we must be put to death, let us bear that revered death. And good it is if anyone were to be found worthy to become a partaker in Christ's sufferings. This is blessedness, this is immortality. Do we not hear what the Apostle says? From now on, let no one make trouble for me; for I carry the marks of the Lord Jesus branded on my body [Gal. 6:17]. As though he were saying: Let no one despise me, for I bear the adornments of Christ the universal King in my flesh.'
St. Theodore the Studite

Fr. Voigt, "The Power of Tribulation"

Fr. Voigt, "The Power of Tribulation"
Coaches challenge their teams with the statement:  "No pain, no gain."  Wonder of wonders this very truth is used by God in the very preparation for the coming of the Babe of Bethlehem.  Today tribulation is exposed and its value is embraced by none other than the "Lamb of God".  Two of John's disciples come to Jesus to ask the question of their master:  "Are you He Who is to come or do we look for another?"  Our Lord answers with situations of tribulation: blindness, deafness, leprosy, poverty, death.  All of this that we might come to know of the power of tribulation.  So we might meditate upon the power of this state of being considering the sevenfold strength of times of tribulation.

St. Rose of Lima on Suffering

St. Rose of Lima on Suffering
Saint Rose of Lima on the unfathomable treasure of divine grace which comes to us through afflictions, tribulations, and struggles.

Our Lord and Savior lifted up his voice and said with incomparable majesty: “Let all men know that grace comes after tribulation. Let them know that without the burden of afflictions it is impossible to reach the height of grace. Let them know that the gifts of grace increase as the struggles increase. Let men take care not to stray and be deceived. This is the only true stairway to paradise, and without the cross they can find no road to climb to heaven.”

The Greatest Sorrow of Jesus

The Greatest Sorrow of Jesus
EXTRACT FROM The Incarnation, Birth and Infancy of Jesus, St. Alphonsus Liguori with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur
Quæ utilitas in sanguine meo, dum descendo in corruptionem?
"What profit is there in My Blood, whilst I go down to corruption?"-----Ps. 29:10

<>  Jesus Christ revealed to the Venerable Agatha of the Cross that whilst He was in his Mother's womb, that which afflicted Him more than any other sorrow was the hardness of the hearts of men, who should, after His Redemption, despise the graces which He came into the world to diffuse. And He had expressed this sentiment before, by the mouth of David, in the words just quoted, which are generally thus understood by the holy Fathers: What profit is there in My blood, whilst I go down to corruption? St. Isidore explains whilst I descend into corruption, "whilst I descend to take the nature of man, so corrupted by vices and sins;" as if He had said, "O my Father, I am indeed going to clothe Myself with human flesh, in order to shed My Blood for men; but what profit is there in My Blood?-----the greater part of the world will set no value on My Blood, and will go on offending Me, as if I had done nothing for the love of them."

St. Liguori: Jesus Suffers During His Whole Life

Jesus Suffers During His Whole Life
EXTRACT FROM The Incarnation, Birth and Infancy of Jesus, St. Alphonsus Liguori
with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur

Dolor meus in conspectu meo semper.
"My sorrow is continually before me."-----Ps.  38:18

Consider that all the sufferings and ignominy that Jesus endured in His life and death, all were present to Him from the first moment of His life: My sorrow is continually before Me; and even from His childhood He began to offer them in satisfaction for our sins, beginning even then to fulfill His office of Redeemer. He revealed to one of His servants that from the commencement of His life even until His death, He suffered continually; and suffered so much for each of our sins that if He had had as many lives as there are men, He would as many times have died of sorrow, if God had not preserved His life, that He might suffer more.

The Apparition of Our Lady June 13, 1917

The Apparition of Our Lady June 13, 1917

Antonio A. Borelli

The Second Apparition Fatima, Portugal
June 13, 1917

Preceding the second apparition, the seers once again saw a great brilliance, which they called lightning, but which was really the glare of the approaching light. Some of the approximately fifty spectators who had come to the place noticed that the light of the sun became dimmer during the first few minutes of the conversation. Others said that the top of the budding holm oak bent down, as if under the weight of something, a moment before Lúcia spoke. During Our Lady's conversation with the seers, some of the bystanders heard a whispering, like the humming of a bee.

Remarkable Supernatural Gifts of St. Paul of the Cross

St. Paul of the Cross

Paul Francis Daneii, born at Ovada, Genoa, Italy, 3 January, 1694; died in Rome, 18 October, 1775.
His parents, Luke Danei and Anna Maria Massari, were exemplary Catholics. From his earliest years the crucifix was his book, and the Crucified his model. Paul received his early education from a priest who kept a school for boys, in Cremolino, Lombardy. He made great progress in study and virtue; spent much time in prayer, heard daily Mass, frequently received the Sacraments, faithfully attended to his school duties, and gave his spare time to reading good books and visiting the churches, where he spent much time before the Blessed Sacrament, to which he had an ardent devotion. At the age of fifteen he left school and returned to his home at Castellazzo, and from this time his life was full of trials. In early manhood he renounced the offer of an honourable marriage; also a good inheritance left him by an uncle who was a priest. He kept for himself only the priest's Breviary.

Stoke the Flames of Selfless Love & Suffer Well

Stoke the Flames of Selfless Love & Suffer Well
By: Eric Gajewski

In order for us to understand the depths of God’s Love we must understand suffering in its proper context.  Sin brought suffering into the world and yet a Redeemer came and united suffering unto His Heart that it might now be used for our sanctification and salvation.  This is a key difference between what the world teaches (especially the New Age) and what Christ teaches.  Vatican II’s new pastoral direction is trying to create a world free of suffering and yet this is not the doctrine of Christ.  He suffered and died that I may live in Him and now I can only live in Him by My cross and dying unto self.  A complete and total unification of hearts (Wills).

Fr. Campbell, "Before the Flood"

Fr. Campbell, "Before the Flood"

God wants us to change. He does! But we may have become suspicious of the word “change” since many vote for “change” in the presidential elections, and change is what they get, through the action of the “change agents”. We haven’t seen the end of it yet. Some kinds of changes we can do without.

OF JUDGMENT AND THE PUNISHMENT OF SINNERS

Imitation of Christ by Kempis
OF JUDGMENT AND THE PUNISHMENT OF SINNERS

IN all things look to the end, and how thou wilt stand before the strict Judge, from Whom there is nothing hid; Who takes no bribes, and receives no excuses, but will judge that which is just.

O most miserable and foolish sinner, what wilt thou answer unto God, Who knoweth all thine evil deeds-----thou who art sometimes afraid of an angry man?

Why dost thou not provide thee against the day of judgment, when no man can be excused or defended by another, but each one will have enough to do to answer for himself?

Saint Quote of the Day- Love Has a Unitive Quality

'Our sweet Jesus has pierced your heart so deeply with the thorns of His sorrows that you will say henceforth: To suffer and not to die! or else: To suffer or to die! or better still: Neither to suffer nor to die, but entire submission to the good pleasure of God. Love has an unitive quality, and makes the sufferings of the beloved its own. If you feel yourself penetrated interiorly and exteriorly with the sufferings of your divine Spouse, rejoice; but I may say that this joy is experienced only in the furnace of divine love, for the fire which burns into the marrow of the bones transforms the loving soul into the object of her love; and there, love and sorrow are so sublimely blended that the one can no longer be distinguished from the other, and the loving soul rejoices in her sorrow, and finds her happiness in her dolorous love. Persist in the study of your nothingness, and be faithful in the practice of virtue, above all in the imitation of our sweet Saviour in His patience, for this is the cardinal point of pure love. Never neglect to offer yourself as a holocaust to the infinite goodness of God. This sacrifice ought to be made in the fire of divine charity; light it with a bouquet of myrrh, that is, with the sufferings of your Saviour. All this should be done behind closed doors, that is, apart by yourself, in pure and simple faith.'

St. Paul of the Cross
