US Blackout Drill Coming This Week To Prepare For EMP Attack That Could Kill 300 Million

A massive emergency drill preparing for a “very bad day” that could kill 90% of all US citizens is due to run this week. The White House is preparing for the threat of disastrous blackouts across the US.  Department of Defence (DoD) officials are readying the “communications interoperability” drill from November 4 to 6 across more than 3,000 US counties. Military commanders will practice for a situation when the whole nation is plunged into chaos by a mass failure of the power grid. Officially the drill is a response to threat from solar storms – and had been dubbed a “very bad day” scenario. But the exercise comes amid growing tensions North Korea could launch an attack on the US with an EMP. Experts have warned such an attack could kill up to 90% of Americans, around 300 million, within a year – shutting down the power grid “indefinitely”. FULL REPORT

 A mysterious sight flew over Rock Hill Wednesday night; a military plane coming in so low, it rattled windows in several neighborhoods.

Neighbors who live near the small York County Airport say the plane circled overhead at least three times.
Rock Hill city officials explained later it was a military plane from the Charleston air force base doing practice drills.
But the people who saw it say it was unlike anything they’ve ever seen.
“I thought it was actually an earthquake the house shook that bad,” said Jennifer Baldwin, who has lived a few miles from the airport her whole life.
“The house started shaking, windows rattling, dogs barking.”
Baldwin says it was enough to drive everyone outside, most in a panic.

For the past three days, I have allowed an email to quietly sit in my inbox without looking at it and as it turned out, it came from an old friend with a potentially serious warning about a series of events set to take place next week. Today, another email appeared and it is identical to the ignored email except for key words and phrases which were attached to the following public advertisement for crisis workers at a pair of upcoming disaster drills. Both emails have to do with a disaster drill involving chemical and biological agents used to attack the American people as part of a false flag operation which appear to contain Deep State overtones.

Perhaps it is not a coincidence that on the 15h anniversary of Sept11, China's navy announced earlier that China and Russia will hold eight days of naval drills in the South China Sea off southern China's Guangdong province starting from Monday. The exercises, previewed here at the end of July, come at a time of heightened tension in the contested waters after an arbitration court in The Hague ruled in July that China did not have historic rights to the South China Sea and criticized its environmental destruction there. As reported previously, China vehemently rejected the ruling and refused to participate in the case, and has been aggressively pushing an axis that involves Russia to counteract that regional tension which has seen the US spearhead the anti-China quasi alliance.
