Salza, falsely state: "you continue to accuse us of holding that only the crime of heresy severs one from the Body" -- No, Salza, you are lying again: we all agree that one who explicitly defects from the Church, even if the act is not morally imputable, ceases to be a member of the Church; and if the act is morally imputable, the effect of being severed from the body of the Church takes place as a natural consequence of the act itself. Such an act is of the specific nature not of mere heresy, but of formal rejection of the Church, and is distinguished essentially from simple heresy, which is of the nature of an obstinate denial or doubt of one or more articles of faith. The fact that you resort to such crude obfuscation manifests just how desperate you are to create the appearance of being misrepresented.

Having applied their artifices of sophistry to fraudulently interpret the doctrine of both St. Robert Bellarmine and Pietro Ballerini on the question of the deposition of a heretical pope (Opinion No. 5), by twisting it into a variation of Opinion No. 4, John Salza & Robert Siscoe then proceed to do the same with the doctrine of Cardinal Billot. On page 151 of True or False Pope? , they quote the eminent theologian “Given, therefore, the hypothesis of a pope who would become notoriously heret ical, one must concede without hesitation that he would by that very fact lose the pontifical power, insofar as, having become an unbeliever, he would by his own will be cast outside the body of the Church .”

They artfully interpret questions of doctrine to make them appear to be questions of law; and they twist questions of law like pretzels until they look like questions of penal law. Then they insist that all of the procedures of penal law must first be followed before one is permitted to express an opinion on a matter such as loss of office for tacit resignation, which does not pertain to penal law.

Even after I publicly refuted their utterly fraudulent accusations of heresy which they, with sacrilegious malice have maliciously presumed to hurl against me; John Salza and Robert Siscoe persist in their rabid attempts to publicly defame me as a heretic. In their most recent screed against me, these two criminals state: «Kramer is a public heretic because he has publicly left the Church (declaring it to be a false Church)» This statement is a deliberate and sacrilegious lie directed against a Catholic priest, published for the sole purpose to defame the priest.
