WE HAVE MOVED!

"And I beheld, and heard the voice of one eagle flying through the midst of heaven,
saying with a loud voice: Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth....

DISTRACTIONS IN DAILY LIFE

DISTRACTIONS IN DAILY LIFE:
Jesus tells us...

My CHILD, so often you kneel before Me only in body. In spirit you are somewhere else. Many time you begin to think of Me, and then find yourself thinking of other persons, places or things.
You say that these distractions come to you in spite of your good will. Let Me show you how to deal with distractions, so that you may learn at last the secret of my loyal followers. Only actions is the proof of sincerity. How sincerely do you desire to turn your attention to Me throughout the day?

Fr. Campbell, “No other Name under Heaven” (Acts 4:12)

“No other Name under Heaven” (Acts 4:12)
Fr. Campbell

St. Paul in today’s Epistle gives thanks to God for His grace given to us in Christ Jesus. Jesus is our Life and our Light! We believe in His word:

“I am the light of the world. He who follows me does not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life” (Jn.8:12).

No Jesus No Hope

No Jesus No Hope
By: Eric Gajewski

Imagine a world in which was not run on true Charity.  A world in which everyone lived according to the law of self, that is, the “law of the jungle”.  I suggest to you that we are nearly at those times spoken of by the early apostles wherein true Charity will seemingly be non existence.  The law of self rules and this is exactly what Antichrist Maitreya will preach (the Self).  Imagine a world wherein the true Faith was hard to find because the true Gospel was to hard to find?  We are already living in those times with the advent of the Second Vatican Council and the new gospel of man.  Man sadly is placing all its hopes in the U.N., “Israel” or worse yet man itself (in general).  We are running from the truth and thus the truth will ultimately break us.  No Jesus no hope.  If we do not live for God then we live for self there is no in between.

Promises to the Devotion to the Wound on Our Lord’s Shoulder

During various ecstasies Our Lord disclosed to Marie-Julie that devotion to this Wound was a great consolation for Him, and granted promises to this devotion.

The Need for Wine

The Need for Wine
Father Voigt

"They have no more wine."  These are the last words spoken in holy scripture from our Lady to her Son.  They are eternally significant and one can spend an entire life time meditating upon them.  In this reflection we desire to focus upon three aspects of this statement.  First, the meaning of wine in the context of the wedding feast at "Cana in Galilee."
Second, how the wine unites with the hour that belongs to Jesus.  Third, the abundance that comes from the hand of our Lord and continues the marriage feast.

The Nativity of Our Lord Jesus-Christ

The Nativity of Our Lord Jesus-Christ
by Rev. Fr Charles-Hyacinth Mc Kenna O.P.

During the holy season of Advent, the aim of the Church in her sermons and instructions is to prepare us for a worthy celebration of Our Lord’s Nativity.  She regards this feast as one of the most joyous in her calendar.  To manifest her gratitude for our Redemption, she decorates her altars with richest ornaments.  She clothes her ministers in the garments of joy, and urges them again and again to celebrate the adorable sacrifice of the Mass in thanksgiving for the coming of our Redeemer.

Francis: Christmas reminds us that Jesus was a migrant

Francis: Christmas reminds us that Jesus was a migrant
Here is your refugee propaganda for the day...
Yes, you remember when Jesus killed 130 people in Paris, and when he threatened to conquer the Vatican and behead the Pope himself, don’t you? Is the Pope actually saying that to be concerned about jihad terrorists and Sharia supremacists flooding into Europe with the migrant influx is tantamount to rejecting Jesus? Is he saying that opposing this influx out of concern for one’s family and society makes one un-Christian? No wonder the Church is offering no help against the Muslim migrant influx, but only making sure the gates are flung open as wide as possible.

Jesus Commanded Me To Oppose Them

Jesus Commanded Me To Oppose Them
By: Eric Gajewski

Unfortunately, there are still many afraid to publicly oppose their bishops and priests and yet it is a Catholic’s duty.  It is not option at this point.  You can certainly do this in a charitable fashion but it must be done publicly.  We, as Catholics, are commanded to oppose all heresy let alone an entire new religion which has infiltrated into the Church.  You are doing the Church no favors by keeping quiet and continuing to support those Novus ordo churches which simply do not house the true Faith any longer.  Sister Jeanne in the 17th century forewarned of Vatican II and was literally commanded by God to oppose those Novus Ordo clergy who were still demanding obedience to their erroring ways.  She recorded how haughty these prelates and priests were as if they could do no wrong.  One night I saw a number of ecclesiastics. Their haughtiness and air of severity seemed to demand the respect of all. They forced the faithful to follow them. But God commanded me to oppose them saying: They no longer have the right to speak my name Jesus told me. It is against My wish that they carry out a mandate for which they are no longer worthy of."

Jesus's tomb opened for first time in centuries

Jesus's tomb opened for first time in centuries

Greek preservation experts place back the marble slab stone that covered the Tomb of Jesus, where his body is believed to have been laid, after it was removed for 3 days to allow the team to do restoration works (AFP Photo/Gali Tibbon)

Jerusalem (AFP) - Preservation experts have opened for the first time in at least two centuries what Christians believe is Jesus's tomb inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.
Some of the historic work was witnessed by AFP photographer Gali Tibbon who captured images of the site believed to contain the rock upon which Jesus was laid in around 33 AD as it was uncovered as part of ongoing restoration at the site.

The Greatest Sorrow of Jesus

The Greatest Sorrow of Jesus
EXTRACT FROM The Incarnation, Birth and Infancy of Jesus, St. Alphonsus Liguori with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur
Quæ utilitas in sanguine meo, dum descendo in corruptionem?
"What profit is there in My Blood, whilst I go down to corruption?"-----Ps. 29:10

<>  Jesus Christ revealed to the Venerable Agatha of the Cross that whilst He was in his Mother's womb, that which afflicted Him more than any other sorrow was the hardness of the hearts of men, who should, after His Redemption, despise the graces which He came into the world to diffuse. And He had expressed this sentiment before, by the mouth of David, in the words just quoted, which are generally thus understood by the holy Fathers: What profit is there in My blood, whilst I go down to corruption? St. Isidore explains whilst I descend into corruption, "whilst I descend to take the nature of man, so corrupted by vices and sins;" as if He had said, "O my Father, I am indeed going to clothe Myself with human flesh, in order to shed My Blood for men; but what profit is there in My Blood?-----the greater part of the world will set no value on My Blood, and will go on offending Me, as if I had done nothing for the love of them."

St. Alphonsus De Ligouri: The Desire that Jesus Had to Suffer for Us

The Desire that Jesus Had to Suffer for Us
St. Alphonsus De Ligouri
Baptismo habeo baptizari; et quomodo coarctor, usquedum perficiatur?
"I have a baptism wherewith I am to be baptized; and how am I straitened until it be accomplished?" ---Luke, xii. 50.
I.

Jesus could have saved us without suffering; but He chose rather to embrace a life of sorrow and contempt, deprived of every earthly consolation, and a death of bitterness and desolation, only to make us understand the love which He bore us, and the desire which He had that we should love Him. He passed His whole life in sighing for the hour of His death, which He desired to offer to God, to obtain for us eternal salvation. And it was this desire which made Him exclaim: I have a baptism wherewith I am to be baptized; and how am I straitened until it be accomplished? He desired to be baptized in His Own Blood, to wash out, not, indeed, His Own, but our sins. O infinite Love, how miserable is he who does not know Thee, and does not love Thee!

St. Liguori: Jesus Suffers During His Whole Life

Jesus Suffers During His Whole Life
EXTRACT FROM The Incarnation, Birth and Infancy of Jesus, St. Alphonsus Liguori
with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur

Dolor meus in conspectu meo semper.
"My sorrow is continually before me."-----Ps.  38:18

Consider that all the sufferings and ignominy that Jesus endured in His life and death, all were present to Him from the first moment of His life: My sorrow is continually before Me; and even from His childhood He began to offer them in satisfaction for our sins, beginning even then to fulfill His office of Redeemer. He revealed to one of His servants that from the commencement of His life even until His death, He suffered continually; and suffered so much for each of our sins that if He had had as many lives as there are men, He would as many times have died of sorrow, if God had not preserved His life, that He might suffer more.

Jesus, Man of Sorrows from the Womb of His Mother

Jesus, Man of Sorrows from the Womb of His Mother
EXTRACT FROM The Incarnation, Birth and Infancy of Jesus,
St. Alphonsus Liguori
with Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur

Virum dolorum et scientem infirmitatem.
"A man of sorrows, acquainted with infirmity."-----Isaiah 53:3
Thus does the prophet Isaias designate our Lord Jesus Christ "the man of sorrows;" yes, because this man was created on purpose to suffer, and from His infancy began to endure the greatest sorrows that any man ever suffered. The first man, Adam, enjoyed for some time upon this earth the delights of the earthly paradise; but the second Adam, Jesus Christ, did not pass a moment of His life without sorrows and anguish; for even from a child He was afflicted by the foresight of all the sufferings and ignominy that He would have to endure during His life, and especially at His death, when He was to close that life immersed in a tempest of sorrow and opprobrium, as David had predicted: I am come into the depth of the sea, and a tempest hath overwhelmed Me. [Ps. 68:3]

Fr. Voigt, "The Mystery of the Ascension Revealed"

Fr. Voigt, "The Mystery of the Ascension Revealed"

Every rise the the spiritual life is determined by the depths of the descent which creates the foundation for the rise.  In the descent of our Lord Jesus Christ from the kingdom of the most holy Trinity there is a mystery that transcend the natural and leads us primarily into the eternal goal which our hearts long to achieve:  the entry
back into the heart of God.  To be rejoined to the family in which there is no jealousy only charity.  The Ascension of our Lord challenges us in our view of this world.  So then let us consider the great truth of the virtue of humility.

In Honor of the Precious Blood

In Honor of the Precious Blood
By JL Cook

As time has gone on our Lord in His mercy has given us more and more ways to run to His mercy. The number of devotions and prayers has grown throughout history until this point where we now have a plethora of ways we can honor Him and gain very rich indulgences. Many of these devotions have the imprimatur of the Catholic Church and have indulgences attached to them. Some devotions come directly from our Lord and His Blessed Mother given to us through saints. One of these devotions is the Honor of the Drops of Blood Lost by Jesus on His way to Calvary.

THE FIFTEEN SECRET TORTURES AND SUFFERINGS OF OUR LORD

THE FIFTEEN SECRET TORTURES AND SUFFERINGS OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST

"I looked for one that would comfort me, and I found none"

Revealed to the pious, God-loving Sister Mary Magdalen of Sancta Clara Order, Franciscan, who lived, died and was beatified in Rome. Jesus fulfilled the wish of this Sister, who desired to ardently know something about the secret sufferings which He endured the night before His death.
