We should choose a feast day of Our Lady’s, a Saturday or Sunday, or an important family anniversary.  You could make a novena together, before this solemnity, perhaps of the Rosary or Litanies.

How about losing the new religion first?

The dioceses of the Netherlands and the Archdiocese of San Francisco in the USA are consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Apparition of the Virgin Mary.

In 1917, in Portugal, near Fatima, the Mother of God appeared to three shepherd children. She let the children see terrible things, but also gave them the promise that "in the end" Her Immaculate Heart would "triumph".

How Do I Start the First Saturdays?

On 13 July 1917, Our Lady appeared for the third time to the three children of Fatima and showed them the vision of hell and made the now famous thirteen prophecies. In this vision Our Lady said that “God wishes to establish in the world devotion to Her Immaculate Heart and that She would come to ask for the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays.”
