WE HAVE MOVED!

"And I beheld, and heard the voice of one eagle flying through the midst of heaven,
saying with a loud voice: Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth....

When Atheists Attack: Billboard calling church 'fake news' causes stir

When Atheists Attack: Billboard calling church 'fake news' causes stir

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- A new billboard on I-25 is causing some controversy.
The billboard on northbound I-25 near Montgomery tells people to "just skip church" and '"it's all fake news!" The phrases are written next to a nativity scene. Underneath, it says "Happy Holidays from American Atheists."
The billboard went up Wednesday, and it's not the only one. There are two in Dallas and five more going up in Oklahoma.

Richard Mansfield, a senior pastor at New Beginnings Church nearby, said the billboard has already offended some of his parishioners who've driven by it.
"I think they're trying to give a slap in the face to not only the Christian community but people that have faith and people that have hope," he said.
KOB reached out to American Atheists and asked if they meant the billboard to be offensive.
"We want people to realize we're starting a conversation by being a little funny and trying to be a little cheeky about it," said Nick Fish, the national program director for American Atheists. "We do want to get a rise out of them, but the idea is not to be offensive."
Fish said the billboard's goal is to start a conversation by reminding people that there are millions of atheists in the country.
"We want people to critically think about everything they're being told," he said. "We want people to think about what messages they're getting in church and think about the fact that in this country, we give a really big pass to preachers or churches or to religious beliefs that hold really abhorrent views."

  1. Agree Jean'ne Marie...we must pray for the lost souls and the Atheists. Soon the billboards will be of the Antichrist...then we really will need to pray unceasingly!

  2. I would like every athiest who openly mocks, criticizes or condemns Christianity to abstain from any activity produced by our Christian celebration of Christmas. No listening to Christmas carols, no parties, no purchaseing of items at Christmas sale prices, no days off from employment, no exchanging of gifts, no decorating of homes or businesses, no gatherings of friends and families through our holy season, and definitely no Christmas cake. Really...if they’re going to condemn our faith, beliefs and practices, I wish they would refrain from taking advantage of all the lovely customs, materialistic or not, that have grown out of our celebrating the birth of our King.
(This comment is said a little bit tongue in cheek.)

  3. Do not stop them
For the Father made them that way
Because they did not believe in him
with all their hearts minds and souls
So he has lead them away
Only to return them to destroy his church

and to bring about their own destruction

We will suffer imprisonment or even death
    by them
    But in the end

God calls for the execution of all non believers

dont give up the true faith
Being an atheist is not the sin
It is the judgement The divine punishment
They have been blackballed by the Father
If you are here with tradcat
Then It is highly likely God has given you the white stone
    purity and rightousness
