I was recently trying to explain to a fellow Catholic how not knowing your Faith offends God.  For there are many who call themselves Catholics but so few who truly know their Faith inside out.  This is frightening considering we had a warning from Pope St. Pius X.  He explained how he felt that a good number of professed Catholics would lose their own soul due to not knowing their Faith inside out.  It is true that invincible ignorance ALONE does not save however we are not speaking about that here.  Thus, I tried to explain in laymen’s terms how this (being ignorant in areas of our Faith) deeply offends God.  What came to mind really drove home the point to this young lady.

The latest study on the subject with similar criteria, established in 1993, 42.1% children were catechized in France.

In a pastoral letter released on Sunday, Bishop Marcus Stock of Leeds said that the age for confirmation will be dropped from 14 to 11, so that children may receive the sacrament in their last year of primary school.

As the Canadian Vox Cantoris blog has revealed, Francis has just appointed this sacrilegious character to be the new auxiliary bishop of Merlo-Moreno in Argentina. No true Catholic could view this picture of Mass - complete with vast crumbling loaves, pottery vessels and wine glasses - without experiencing deep interior distress and sorrow. It is above all else a grave offence against the Most Blessed Sacrament. As such, and of course less importantly, it also offends against the sensitivies of genuine Catholics.

Let us face the reality that the majority who profess to be Catholic are confused.  On one hand they know they must be Catholic to save their soul and in the other hand they see their leaders praising and collaborating with the enemies of the Church and God.  The confusion is not really such (it goes much deeper) but it is more of an “internal or silent” shock that stays locked within.  There is an unwillingness to want to accept this Vatican II apostasy that we are dealing with.  Furthermore, the Lord cracked a whip in His Temple and now we have the Novus Ordites allowing other false religions and sects into the Temple to pray with them (which is condemned).  Our leaders do not drive out untruth… no they rather embrace it.  Yet Christ came and He was Truth.  The Truth of our Faith ultimately separates us as a sheep from these goats.  However, what happens when the enemy very carefully changes the Faith and calls it catholic?  What are Catholics to do then?
